“Bi*ch Better Have My Money” by Rihanna – Tune Facts

“Bi*ch Better Have My Money” by Rihanna

Rihanna is not willing to pardon whoever seems to owe her money in this song. “Bi*ch Better Have My Money” is the term most pimps use when they’re going to collect their money from the prostitutes that work for them.

In the case of this song, the bitch here is not referring to a female but her male accountant. The video portrays Rihanna kidnapping and tormenting her accountant’s wife because he has refused to pay her money. Interestingly, Rihanna sued her accountant in 2012 for causing her to lose $9 million within a year. This incident must have influenced the concept of this song which was later released in 2015.

The singer warns him to pay back what he owes quickly while showing him that she’s in control of the situation.
