“I’m The One” by DJ Khaled (ft. Justin Bieber, Quavo, Chance the Rapper & Lil Wayne)

As the title of this track (“I’m The One”) depicts, the rappers are claiming to be exclusive to their partners. Aside from that, they are also implying that they are so endowed that they could be the one for virtually any woman out there.

The pre-chorus seems to capture the main theme of the song which is that the rappers have so much money and influence that they are almost every woman’s dream. As they brag about their wealth, sexual prowess and charms, they make mention of how they will treat their women and expose them to the fame they are accustomed to.

Chance’s lines suggest that several ladies look up to rich rappers like themselves for financial security in return for their bodies.

In the end, the rappers make one simple and strong statement. And is that they can and should be considered as the only man for the women who come into their lives. Hence the song’s title “I’m The One”.

The song officially features the following big names:

  • Lil Wayne
  • Justin Bieber
  • Chance the Rapper
  • Quavo

DJ Khaled’s team released it in April of 2017 from his “Grateful” album.
